No Churn Oreo Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz heavy whipping cream

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 18 Oreos, crushed

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add Oreos to a zip top bag and crush until you have medium sized crumbs. Separate 1/4 cup and set aside.

  2. Add whipping cream to a bowl and beat with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.

  3. Add condensed milk to the whipped cream and gently fold till combined.

  4. Fold crushed Oreos into the mixture.

  5. Pour into a freezer safe dish. Top with the 1/4 cup of Oreos that were set aside earlier.

  6. Cover with foil and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.

*Notes:

  • The mix in possibilities are endless - fresh fruit, peanut butter, Nutella just to name a few.
